The beginning of GANAS Leadership's 5-step mastery program is focused on developing our clients' discernment skills so that they are able to collect information, then zero in on the inner Genius of their team members. The GANAS method ensures that each team member uses their unique gifts, talents, and abilities that they were meant to contribute toward the project at hand.
Genius develops its roots through Affirmation. Affirmation and recognition allows our clients to accept each team members' uniqueness, and declare them to be true, by using 'you are' tools in concise statements.
In order for a project to take shape, a leader must develop vision through Nurture. A leader must nourish his/her team members by recommending the tools necessary for them to succeed. The vision of the team's success is cherished so much that it is protected.
The great Zig Ziglar said, “Your attitude determines your altitude,” and it’s true! Attitude is determined by many factors, such as culture, where we live, who we associate with, and even the media we watch and read. (Quote by Heath Suddleson). A GANAS Leader is able to accept each individual team member's strength and weaknesses, diffuse any conflict and focus on the end result.
The most important attribute of the GANAS Mastery Program is to be Steadfast. It will take steadfastness to continue to believe in our Genius, to affirm it, to nurture it, and to have the proper attitude toward our vision to maintain that success. Are we positive about our vision?
