About the Founder...
Margarita Estrada, Founder of GANAS Leadership, LLC, is a firm believer that the positive energy we are born with can be tapped and utilized so that all life areas are infused with the vitality and vigor necessary for vision achievement.
She has used GANAS Leaderships Core Values and Beliefs to lead conferences, conduct workshops, and train individuals towards their goals.
Her articles have been featured in Fe y Esperanza magazine (FEM), a multi-cultural, bilingual publication dedicated to the empowerment of the Hispanic community in New Jersey and beyond, and is a regular contributor to LinkedIn.
She is the author of the soon to be released book, Vignettes of A Family Journey (I Want My Daddy Back), dedicated to those who have loved, and continue to love, a family member or friend suffering from dementia.
Margarita is a member of Toastmasters International, an organization dedicated to the leadership and communication empowerment of the individual. She has served as their District's Public Relations Officer, where she increased engagement in all media platforms by creating an Integrated Communication Team.
Margarita is a graduate of Montclair State University, where she founded the Public Relations Student Society of America Chapter, and obtained a degree in Communication Studies - Public Relations Concentration (Magna Cum Laude).
